Born in Paris in 1970, Lola Lafon is a French author, singer and composer. She lived in Bulgaria and Romania before moving to France, where she studied English at the Sorbonne. She is the author of a dozen novels and collections of short stories. She has received numerous literary awards, including the France Culture Student Novel Award in 2020 for Chavirer and the December 2022 Award for Quand tu écoutas cette chanson.
